The Institute of Materials Science of Barcelona (ICMAB-CSIC) will hold a seminar titled "Isothermal Titration Calorimetry (ITC): Theory and Applications" on Tuesday, 10th June 2025, in Sala d'Actes Carles Miravitlles.
The seminar is organized by the SOFT service of ICMAB-CSIC / U6-Nanbiosis, which is scientifically led by the Nanomol-bio group, in collaboration with IESMAT and Malvern Panalytical.
The session will be delivered by an expert from Malvern Panalytical. It will explore the theoretical foundations and practical uses of ITC, a powerful technique that measures heat changes during molecular interactions.
ITC is widely applied in biochemistry, pharmaceutical research, and materials science to study binding affinities, thermodynamic parameters, and reaction kinetics.
No prior registration is required.
